Seetha Krishnaraj:
Co-founder and Principal
Seetha Krishnaraj is a mother of two young kids, and an academician by nature. Seetha was born, brought up and educated in Bangalore. After further education in the US, she chose the teaching profession and taught extensively in a private school in the United States. Her experience taught her that a child's first five years are the most critical in developing thinking skills, a healthy attitude towards learning, for building language skills, etc. Being educated in India and experienced in the US gave her the opportunity to combine the best of both the eastern as well as the western educational systems and offer it to the children in her home town. |

Satish Krishnaraj:
Co-founder
Satish, a father of two young children was brought up in Mysore and went to the US for higher education. Although Satish has a strong background in software, he is extremely passionate about the education industry, and a firm believer in early childhood education. He brings a wealth of research and know how, that has been quintessential to the making of Stepping Stones. Presently he is spearheading eBanyan.net, a grassroots initiative to bridge the gap between what universities are preparing today's graduates for and what the IT industry is expecting of them.
